My journey into healing began from a deeply personal place. Like so many others, I’ve experienced the weight of anxiety, depression, and the everyday stressors that can leave us feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. In my search for relief and balance, I discovered meditation, sound healing, and energy work — and everything changed.

In 2024, I became a certified sound healer, training in the use of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments that support the body and mind in returning to a natural state of peace. I’m also certified in Reiki, a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that helps clear energetic blockages and promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. In 2026 I became VSA certified, (Vibrational Sound Association) allowing me to bring the power of sound and vibration into a more personalized, body centered sessions designed to encourage deep relaxation and support the bodies natural healing process.

Sound and energy healing offered me a path to deeper self-care, reflection, and renewal — and it’s now my passion to share this healing space with others.

My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves time to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Each session is created with intention, offering a sacred space for relaxation, insight, and inner peace. Whether you're new to this journey or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to help you rediscover your own light — with compassion, care, and healing energy.
